It’s that time of the week again, Menu Planning Monday!
This is what I have got planned for dinners this week…
- Sunday- Meatballs and pasta
- Monday – Curry and rice
- Tuesday- Quorn and vegetable stir-fry with rice
- Wednesday- Ikea veggie balls with potatoes and salad
- Thursday- Curry and rice from the freezer
- Friday- Chicken breasts with potatoes and vegetables.
- Saturday- off on holibobs!
Breakfasts are variations of eggs, smoothies or muesli. Lunches are ham salad
