It’s that time of the week again, Menu Planning Monday!
This is what I have got planned for dinners this week…
- Sunday- Sausages, mashed potato and baked beans (ultimate comfort food!)
- Monday – Roast dinner
- Tuesday- Sausage casserole and rice
- Wednesday- Pesto and pasta with broccoli
- Thursday- Friend’s for dinner
- Friday- Peanut butter curry and rice
- Saturday- Picky tea
We should be able to do this week’s meal plan without spending very much as we have got most of it in already. It’s worth checking those cupboards and freezer!
Breakfasts are variations of porridge. Lunches are soups, noodles or crackers.
